Please make all cheques payable to Imanez Limited. Please note all items purchased will be dispatched on clearance of funds.
Delivery Policy
We aim to fully deliver all customer orders within 5 days of receipt of payment. Should there be a difficulty in achieving the above, we will e-mail you as soon as we find out. If any of the items in your order require engraving, please allow a further few days (depending on our engraving department's workload).

Refund Policy
If you find that your purchase is defective in some way, please return it to the address below within 14 days, stating when you purchased the goods and by which means of payment ie. Switch Card, Visa Card etc. and we will refund your money in FULL, or replace the item immediately.
Cooling off Period - If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, if you email or write to us within 7 days of receipt and return the goods to us in good condition, then we promise to refund you your money in full within 30 days, under the terms and conditions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
